Its 2am! and to think i actually considered going running in the morning a few hours ago. Not too good at long term planning. I got myself a new plaything. Its a whiteboard kinda thing where everyone and anyone can edit it and its mainly for all to contribute ideas and critisism. I want to go backpacking after i ORD and it would be nice if you guys come too, so the wiki(thats whats its called) is intended as a constantly available medium for input. I'll get around to start the ball rolling sometime soon. I already borrowed "Lonely Planet South East Asia on a Shoestring" to begin research. Probably going to try to learn malay, but that may be rather daunting with my language talent.

Movies to catch

Madagascar
I Like to Move It Move It!

Based-on-comic films Batman Begins, Initial D and Fantastic Four all out in July, but they don't exactly interest me.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Coming out in August, directed by Tim Burton and stars Johnny Depp

The Brothers Grimm
Fairy tales! 'nuff said. Also in August.

Corpse Bride
Doesn't exactly have an attractive title, but its a stop-motion animation ie The Nightmare Before Christmas. Both by Tim Burton (again) and features the voice of (guess who) Johnny Depp. Released in October.

Harry Potter
ok, maybe not. haven't even watched the first few yet. (November)

Oliver Twist
Print to screen is all the rage now. (November)

Chicken Little
Disney cartoon! (December)

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe
See under "Oliver Twist". Its a book by C.S. Lewis. No, not the Alice in Wonderland guy. Thats Lewis Caroll. Budden this is a very famous book, just one that eluded me. -_-" Shot in New Zealand so look out for breathtaking panoramic scenery.

"Tak Giu" (15mins, Singlish/with English subtitles) is an indie film which follows the journey of 3 soccer-crazy boys. Having taken up the challenge of a friendly soccer match, the boys realise that it is not easy to find a good, free public soccer field in Singapore…..if there’s any at all. Through their journey they encounter obnoxious care-takers, locked-up fences, deterring weather and a persistent policeman. Will they be able to find their dream soccer pitch?
