how much worse can it get than to have the psychotic neighbour be the first thing u see when u step out of your house first thing in the morning and be the last thing u encounter when u finally reach home after a long day. gee he seriously gives me the creeps man..having someone constantly watching your movements.. and after i safely locked myself inside the house, he ringed my doorbell.. 2 times.. for fun!!! sheesh he needs to stop harassing us...
